“Dawn at the Alamo” Anniversary Commemoration

For the Tricentennial, the “Dawn at the Alamo” Anniversary Commemoration will be presented in Alamo Plaza from 6:00am – 7:00am by the San Antonio Living History Association. The “Dawn at the Alamo” commemorative program help remind the public to “Remember the Alamo” on the 182nd anniversary of the famous 1836 battle. FREE in Alamo Plaza.

From 10:00 to 11:00am, “After the Fall of the Alamo” will be presented by the Alamo Chapter the Sons of the Republic of Texas. FREE in Alamo Plaza.

And, 2:30 to 4:00pm, The Alamo Heroes Memorial commemorative program is presented annually by the Alamo Mission Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. This Alamo Plaza observance honors the Alamo patriots who died March 6, 1836. FREE in Alamo Plaza.
